Built in 2003, this private aircraft hangar floor was poured at different times and at different heights which created an uneven floor surface. Also, the concrete floor heaved up at the door side of the hanger leaving the one-piece 60ft door unable to close properly or be weather tight.
Floor surface Correction: Diamond grind down the uneven joints between the section of concrete and taper back into the raised slab to correct the levelness of the total surface.Door closing Correction: Diamond Grind down the high center point and grind to follow the door so it can close completely and weather tight.
