Triangle Chiropractic & Rehabilitation Center
A multidisciplinary clinic with a collaborative approach to holistic patient-centered care in Raleigh. I bring my 8 month old baby to see Dr. Smith and she is fabulous. So sweet with little kids and babies and she really knows her stuff! I also see her and feel completely comfortable opening up. She doesn't just crack my back and send me on my way, but really listens, helps, and gives me exercises to do at home that are effective.

This office is the most kid friendly doctors office you will EVER find! There is always a cool new toy or fun friend for the kids to play with. You will not find better chiropractors in the triangle than Dr. Smith and Dr. Mumma at Triangle CRC! Mumma took the time to explain why she was doing what she was doing.

Services
Report
TriangleCRC Women's Fitness Try just one or buy a package (classes don't expire for a year!) Chiropractic joint manipulation - commonly referred to as adjusting - is used to release restricted joints of the spine and extremities. By applying an adjustment to a restricted segment, the joint regains motion that would be unattainable using only exercise or posture correction.
Chiropractic + Rehab Services
Report
Mumma and Smith's extensive education allowed them to expand their practice beyond that of a "typical Raleigh chiropractor." There's a lot more than just neck pain relief and back pain therapy!
Acupuncture
Report
Acupuncture activates the movement of energy forces that nourish tissue, stimulate blood flow and enhance the body's internal systems. Fine needles are inserted into specific meridian points throughout the body to stimulate the body's natural healing process. Acupuncture needles are typically not much thicker than a strand of hair and the insertion is practically painless.
Eating Psychology
Report
Nutritional challenges are often driven by our underlying relationships with food and body image. Together we'll look at your personal past history and life experiences (among much more) to find the root cause as to why you are having the challenges in the first place. Dr. Mackenzie Smith trained at The Institute for the Psychology of Eating with Marc David.
