I am originally from Hastings and moved to Lincoln after graduating High school in 2013. I attended the University of Nebraska - Lincoln for Nutrition and Exercise Science and Bellevue University for Business and Marketing. I'm a people person and enjoy the wellness side of Chiropractic, so this job fits me well.

Acupuncture

We believe that combining acupuncture with chiropractic care allows the patient to reach optimal results more effectively. Dr. Horak uses both needle and needle-less (electrical) forms of acupuncture in the office. Most commonly we treat with electrical acupuncture, which we have found to be the most efficient and effective for most of our patients.
