I started out in the HVAC field when I was just 15 years of age. After graduating from Green Ridge high school, I went to Linn State Technical College for the 2-year associate's degree in HVAC. When I completed college I went to work for a good, local company where I honed my skills and took every chance to increase the knowledge that was presented to me.
After 11 years with that company, I realized that I wanted to own my own company. In March of 2011, I started Premier Climate Control with my main goal being focused on customer service. I feel customer service sometimes gets lost as a company grows, but without this, we would not be in business. I make it my personal goal to look at customer service every day and make sure that the work being done is what I would want to happen in my home.
