At Rapid Response our operations department works very hard at keeping our drivers constantly moving and our customer's freight delivering on time. Our Dispatch team has its own board of drivers and becomes very familiar with each driver and their tendencies. This allows us to match each driver to the proper load leading to constant on-time deliveries and enhanced cooperation between driver and dispatcher.
