Although the customer service is on point it has been 2 months and we still cant operate. Also, in the conversations and the documents sent to us the tax credit is 100% misleading. We were told verbally and in writing that in the event we had no liability on taxes we could apply the credit amount to our loan yet that is not the case. Even the repayment form sent to us for the loan stated a loan payment in the event we did or didnt apply the credit to the loan. If you have no tax liability you dont get the credit. Shame on us for not checking first but when you get a document in writing saying

Alba was great! I had been wanting to add solar panels to my home for a few years but never pulled the trigger. Alba answered all my questions, helped me obtain available rebates, took care of all the paperwork with the electric company and scheduling installations and inspections - it was great to be able to just sit back and not have to worry about any of that. I can view my system's production on the web or via mobile app and I was ecstatic when my first electric bill showed up. A great experience!
