Tutors of Oxford was founded by Dr. Stuart Donnelly in 1998 to provide the highest quality private tutoring and test prep service available. Our first office opened in Manhattan, New York City and was quickly followed by a second office located in San Diego California. Dr. Donnelly now splits his time throughout the year tutoring students at both locations.
Private online lessons are also available. For the past two decades, Dr. Donnelly has helped literally hundreds of students to greatly improve their test scores and achieve their academic goals. We are confident that he can do the same for you. Stuart was awarded his Ph. D. in mathematics from Oxford University at the age of 25 and has over 20 years of teaching and tutoring experience at all levels.
