The Boat

The Seminole Wind is a 55' Miller Marine fishing machine. Built for Fishing Captain Mike Miller by Miller himself, she is clearly laid out for the comfort and efficiency for both passengers and crew. A fishing boat with a large cockpit area provides plenty of fishing room. Built-in on deck 80 gallon live well fishing bait system and a spacious bow deck for catching up on your summer tan.
The Captain

There is over 200 years worth of salt running through the veins of Fishing Captain Billy Archer and his family. Born in 1956, he set out to sea in 1969 with his now deceased Grandfather Capt. Tiny and step father Captain Buck Archer who were pioneers in Bay County charter fishing.
Before building one of Panama City / Destin area's first USCG approved fishing charter boats back in the early sixties, Captain Tiny spent many fine days at sea learning from some of the best charter boat fishing captains on the best fishing boats around.The Archer's quickly learned what it meant to have a top-notched charter fishing experience.

We are a group fishing charter vessel. We provide outstanding service and a customized trip based on the clients who are aboard the Seminole Wind at the time. We don't mix and match customers. One of the unique and fascinating features about fishing in the waters off the Panhandle of Florida near Panama City and Destin are artificial reefs. Bay County fishermen and divers enjoy a bounty of great artificial fishing reefs sponsored by the Bay County Commission in partner with The Florida Fish and Wildlife Commision, The Army Corps of Engineers, dive clubs and individuals.
