Experience Exceptional Wines at Maison La Belle Vie
Maison La Belle Vie embodies the philosophy of minimalism and tradition, crafting wines that reflect the purity of the grape. Established in 2021 by Nicholas and Holly, our winery is rooted in a 4.5-acre vineyard planted in 2004, offering estate-grown varietals like Muscat and Marechal Foch. We specialize in handcrafted wines, including our family recipe Vin de Peche, a peach-infused Muscat, and a six-year-aged walnut Vin de Noir. Our tasting room provides an immersive experience with rustic elegance, complemented by a bistro serving seasonal meals and charcuterie.

With a focus on hospitality, we host private events at Amy's Courtyard, blending Colorado's natural beauty with exceptional wine. Our Wine Society offers exclusive access to limited releases and member-only events, reflecting our commitment to quality and community. Through decades of combined experience in viticulture, we ensure every bottle embodies the essence of Palisade's terroir. Our dedication to sustainable practices and small-batch production guarantees wines of distinction, while our team's expertise ensures a memorable experience for every visitor.

We enjoyed a romantic evening under the stars. It was 48 degrees outside and they served us under the stars as we watched the moon rise. While everyone else was dinning inside we requested to dine outside. They were not set up to serve outside at night but man did they make it happen. Our service was out of this world. Kind, humorous, attentive but not hovering. They tended to every need including blankets and heaters to make a memorable birthday celebration by moonlight. True romance. Our wines were paired extremely well and our food was not only delicious but artistic and beautifully plated

We didn't care for the wines, the wine slushies or the mojito slushies but the charcutier board was amazing. The venue is beautiful but the staff was mean to us. We got yelled at to get out of the inside and go sit outside to order... "sorry we didn't know..." Honesty if we were not there on a horse carriage tour we would have left.

Enjoyed our food and the view but we weren't too crazy about the wines. The prices are higher than elsewhere but food and pours are generous so it balances out a bit.

This place was such a charming spot to sip wine with the ladies! We had just had breakfast, but the food looked absolutely amazing!! They were busy when went, so we did have to track someone down for a second round of drinks, however a man (who I'm guessing was the owner) did help us out + was super friendly/accommodating. Incredible views!

Before I visited, this was the one place everyone told me to go. I didn't love the wines but that could have been because of the kinds I tried. Cheese and charcuterie board was nice.

So surprised how great the red wines were here. We enjoyed the 'You had me at Merlot' flights and the charcuterie board (3 adults). We ended up buying bottles of the Red Blend and the Petit Verdot. They have a nice size outdoor patio and one big table inside. Maak policy is enforced inside. Would definitely come back!

This is a must visit if you are in Palisade. We made patio reservations for their Friday Burger Night and they could easily accommodate our group of 8. We started the evening with wine flights and charcuterie board, followed by the most amazing burgers, full wine pours and macarons for dessert. The staff and service was great - they had patio heaters and even offered lap blankets. The ambiance set within the winery is something you have to experience in Palisade. We will be back!
