All units are subject to a $10 setup fee. A security deposit of one month's rent is required. We generally rent units on a first come, first served basis, so we cannot guarantee that all or any sizes are available at any given time. Call the office to find out which units are currently available. We reserve the right to adjust unit prices at any time with or without prior notice.

Badger Self Storage offers stored property insurance to Renters. Insurance is relatively inexpensive - rates start at only $8 per month! Self Storage facilities do not insure your personal property, so it is very important that you protect your property by obtaining adequate insurance. How do you know if you need insurance?

Place boxes and items that need to be accessed frequently closer to the front of the unit. Draw a diagram of any complicated electronics setup so you know where to plug in each cable when you arrive at your new destination!. Use a mattress bag to protect your mattress from dust, soil or water during the moving and storage process.

Most items are allowed, including but not limited to: furniture, documents, vehicles and others. We do not permit Renters to store food, flammable items, tires, or any hazardous or illegal materials. Our security gates allow access 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You will be assigned a gate code after you sign your lease.

We understand that you may need to rent a unit or make a payment in the evening or on a weekend. With our 24-hour rental kiosk, you can rent a storage unit or make a payment during a time that is convenient for you! Using the kiosk is easy. Just bring your driver's license and an accepted form of payment (cash, credit card or debit card, ACH by business or personal check, no money orders).
