Judo techniques that include various chokes, sweeps, joint locks, and other grappling techniques. The kicking technique of Tae Kwon Do and the ancient Korean Art of Taekyon.

Boxing is extremely well-organized; and seeks to integrate and explore the entire spectrum of established fighting arts and body conditioning techniques, as well as mental development training. While Grappling Kick-Boxing teaches discipline to always avoid conflict, we train in order to defend, fight and finish on the ground should it become necessary.
