My wife and I are currently in the process of buying our first home and we were in need of a home inspection. We had some budget constraints but also wanted the best possible inspection we could get. Our house was built in the 1940's, on pier/beam and is over 4600 square feet. The house was completely inspected, from the attic, which is in several sections, to the crawl space under the house. The air quality and infrared inspection bundle is a good deal. You can imagine the leaks in this old house. Sue is very professional and knowledgeable. The services are well priced. I recommend this business to all needing an home inspection, leak detection or their air quality checked. 5 star rating.

I am very pleased with the service Susie provided for my home inspection. Since I don't live in Longview now, I needed to find someone I could trust to make sure they were diligent in discovering any issues with the home I was looking to buy. Susie did find a few things that the seller has agreed to fix and I am extremely thankful that she was so thorough. Susie and her team did an outstanding home inspection for us. They were very personable and professional. The inspection report was excellent in that the photos help know exactly the areas they were addressing in the report.
