Ballet Classes
Our ballet program builds foundational technique through structured classes for ages 3.5-18. Students learn proper form, terminology, and performance skills while developing strength and grace. Classes follow a progressive curriculum with age-appropriate music and choreography. The focus on barre work and center combinations prepares dancers for advanced study and competition success.
Competition Team
The Kalon Dance Collective offers elite training for serious dancers aged 4-18. This award-winning team competes nationally with customized choreography and technical coaching. Members receive specialized instruction in multiple styles while building teamwork and performance confidence. The program emphasizes artistic growth alongside technical excellence in a supportive environment.
Tumbling Instruction
Tumble classes develop strength, flexibility, and coordination for dancers of all levels. From basic rolls to advanced aerials, our certified instructors teach proper technique with safety-focused progressions. Students improve body awareness and spatial orientation while mastering skills that enhance their dance performance across all styles.
Summer Camps
Themed summer camps provide fun, immersive dance experiences for ages 2-12. Daily activities include technique classes, choreography sessions, and creative movement games. Campers build skills in multiple styles while making friends in a joyful environment. The week concludes with a showcase for family and friends.
Hip Hop Dance
Our hip hop classes teach current street styles with age-appropriate music and choreography. Students develop rhythm, coordination, and personal style through high-energy routines. With 30 years of dance industry experience, Heather founded Kalon Dance in 2018. A nationally recognized choreographer, she has led teams to 50+ national titles and developed curriculum for dancers aged 2-18. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes technical mastery and character development.

What dance styles do you offer?
We teach ballet, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, tumbling, and acro for ages 2-18. Specialized classes include Swiftie-themed dance and TikTok mashups.
Do you have a competition team?
Yes! The Kalon Dance Collective is our award-winning competition team with levels for ages 4-18. Members compete nationally in multiple styles.
What are summer camp options?
We offer themed camps for ages 2-12 with daily dance instruction, games, and a performance showcase. Options include Disney Dance Party, Minecraft Mashup, and Wicked Windup.
How do I register for classes?
Register through our Parent Portal online. A $50 deposit secures summer camp spots, with full payment due before the start date.
