You don't have to be flexible to do Yoga! You don't have to be strong to do Yoga! All you have to do is try, honor what your body is able to do in the moment, and give Yoga a chance to change your body and mind. Our state-of-the-art Fresh Air Circulation System will be providing fresh air during this class.
New To Karma

As with any exercise program, it is always a good idea to consult your doctor prior to beginning something new. Enter quietly and remove your shoes and turn off your cell phone before entering the yoga studio. We have cubbies right outside of our yoga room for you to place your belongings. If you are brand new, please take a moment to introduce yourself to the teacher and mention any injuries or conditions that you are currently experiencing.

KARMA Yoga School of Yoga and Wellness provides a 200 and 300hr Yoga Teacher Training in accordance with the standards set forth by Yoga Alliance. These training provide the essential elements required to teach to the general population with strong emphasis on anatomy and alignment. The trainings provide a comprehensive education to teach yoga to all populations and skill levels.
