Services
Laser Cutting
AST Manufacturing's laser cutting services utilize 9KW fiber and CO2 systems for high-speed, high-precision metal fabrication. Our automated material handling enables 24/7 operations with tolerances down to +/-0.00025, supporting materials like steel, aluminum, and titanium. This technology reduces waste and accelerates production cycles for complex components.
CNC Machining
Our 3- and 4-axis CNC machining centers produce parts with +/-0.001 tolerances, handling both prototyping and volume runs. Advanced spindles and tooling accommodate metals, plastics, and composites, with secondary operations like tapping and surface treatments available for complete manufacturing solutions.
Waterjet Cutting
With 150HP pumps delivering 55,000 PSI, our waterjet systems cut through virtually any material without heat-affected zones. Multi-head tables handle large sheets (up to 168x192 inches) for industries requiring precision in titanium, composites, glass, and other challenging materials.
Press Brake Forming
Our CNC press brakes form complex shapes up to 120 inches long with AMNC touchscreen controls and Dr. ABE software. This ensures accurate bending of sheet metal and structural components while minimizing setup times for efficient production.
3D Printing
AST's dual-extrusion 3D printers create prototypes and small batches using ABS, PLA, nylon, and carbon-fiber materials. With a 13x9.4x9.4-inch build volume, we support rapid design validation and replacement part production for diverse applications.
