If you are under the age of 20, this computer-based driver improvement clinic will not satisfy a driver improvement clinic requirement.
You must satisfactorily complete a clinic that provides classroom instruction. Take the final test at convenient UPS locations or at DTW Driving School (call 804-918-6634 for available times). Your completion information will be electronically submitted to DMV within 24 hours. You may also request an official copy of your completion certificate when you register for the course.

DTW Driving School takes pride in its mission to help students to become safer drivers and save lives and to comply with the requirements of Virginia DMV and the courts. We are supported by Drive-To-Work, a Virginia non-profit corporation which assists low income individuals to restore their driving privileges so they can drive to work and keep a job.

Our Virginia 8-hour online driver improvement course is broken down into easy-to-manage modules that are accessible through our Student Center navigation page. This "table of contents" allows you to monitor your progress through the course and to access previously completed course material for review.

DTW Driving School has been approved by Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles to offer the Virginia Driver Improvement Clinic - Classroom. Our classroom Driver Improvement Clinic is presented on Saturdays or Sundays at our permanent office/classroom at 4625 W. Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23230. The clinic offers eight hours of instruction by qualified and experienced driver education instructors.
