I live in Midland and I had been dealing with Tony a salesman. I asked up front before I ever drove over there if they offered 0% financing on the one ton Chevrolet pickup we were looking at. He told me yes they do. (I have all of this on a text) So we drive from Midland to Monahans and drove the vehicle. We went inside and talked to the sales manager and he printed out a quote with 0% financing.
It has monthly payments for 72 months. We finally came to an agreement on the price. We were going over this evening to sign papers. Then I get a phone call saying they didnt offer 0%!!!! These people

My salesman, David Carrasco was quick and to the point. That's how I like to deal. I told him what I wanted and within a short period everything was done and settled. I live in another town and he had everything ready for me when we drove in the next day. His follow up has been polite and stress free. The ladies who answer the phone were also very nice when we discovered we left something valuable in our Colorado brought in for service.

I went for a scheduled recall air bag service on my Buick Encore. I was told that it could take 40 minutes. Several hours later, I was informed that I could take my car home. Service employee, Sean John, explained that they discovered a problem with the passenger airbag sensor. If in a collision, the passenger airbag would not deploy. They did not have time to trace the problem. I would need to make another appointment. I tried to schedule one, but was told that it was a warranty repair and they would call me to schedule. I called back over the next two weeks but they refused to schedule it. In
