All of our dental assistants at Bluffs Family Dentistry are cross-trained in order to maintain an efficient office. We stay current on all of latest advances by taking multiple continuing education courses throughout the year. All of our chair-side assistants are certified in radiography, and we have two assistants with expanded functions certification from IWCC.

Payment for treatment is due at time of appointment for patients not filing with a dental insurance plan unless prior arrangements have been made. For all major dental treatment with insurance the patient balance is expected at time of treatment. We offer treatment planning for all patients. This will help you to understand the financial obligations of your dental care.

A. The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends visiting a dentist at least twice a year for a check-up and a professional cleaning. Our office also recommends a minimum of two visits per year. A. Please call our office as soon as you determine that you have a dental emergency. If you have a dental emergency during regular business hours, we will be glad to work you into our schedule.
