For pets in an apartment, there is a two hundred fifty ($250) pet fee required that is non-refundable and a two hundred fifty ($250) refundable due at move-in. The Initial Pet Fee is non-refundable and does not transfer from apartment to apartment. Failure to report a pet on the application and/or failure to register your pet once adopted will result in a $500 Pet Policy violation fee.

The application process was very simple and turnaround time was fast. Our transition to moving to The Meadows was very easy. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. This is a wonderful place to call home with a quiet setting and views of the wetland including deer and fireflies (which my young child loves).

Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is two times the rent amount plus $100. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.
