Personally. I wouldnt feel comfortable working with a company that sends cash payments, to pay for their illegal, and undocumented employees in Texas. (Maybe)the Mesa location is done by the books. But the Texas and Louisiana locations arent.
Granted, I only worked in this office for a couple of weeks, but that was enough time to see how shady its run. When you have to work hand and hand with insurance you dont want anything to get denied.. From what I witnessed I wouldnt do business with them. My family came back from vacation and a part of our home was flooded. I called 911 Restoration and they sent Devin out. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process to us to were we could understand what to expect. The worst office people in the world. They do not talk to each other. Got send to collections after they were already paid!! Not even late on their invoice. They also work banker hours of when they want in the office to actually reach them!
