We are an Australian company and we were trying to navigate the complexities of shipping our product to the US and then selling it via a 3PL warehouse. I was finding it challenging finding a 3PL warehouse in the US who seemed to understand our requirements. I am very glad we were introduced to Import Logistics. Ridiculously run place. Customer service a joke. Claim to have transparency but failed to mention the high cost of storage after 7 days. Brought this to her attention but received stuttering and lies and no callbacks. Jill and mary will smile to your face and lie while looking you in the eye. Sensed agitation when I brought their faults to their attention. Instead of owning up, got excuse after excuse iNstead. Never again. If you read these reviews and still allow this place to have your business, as I did, then you will get what you got coming to you.

A bottom of the barrel organization. The Logistics and CFS operations are a joke. The warehouse workers are a bunch of criminals and the employees look unkempt and unhappy. Much better options available.
