We recently moved into a new house and needed several pieces of furniture as well as rugs and draperies. I originally worked with an interior designer but, although she was talented, her hourly rate plus her percentage mark up was adding up very quickly. I stopped in to Saratoga Signature to ask what their fee structure was for interior design consultation and was told "it's part of our service. We just ask that you give our shop the opportunity when it comes to purchasing." Just like that!! Nancy was so easy to work with. I made many trips into the store and went through many catalogs. All of their pieces are stunning and unique, and Dan was very patient and helpful so I could find the perfect piece for me. Unfortunately when it was ordered, it came in damaged twice. Colby took care of all of the communications with the actual company, and one came to the store in perfect condition. Colby and Tifanie delivered it just now, and it is so perfect and beautiful!!! If you're looking for unique and beautiful furniture and incredible customer service, Saratoga Signature is the place to go!
