Hawes reality has been our property manager for more than fifteen years. I own a condominium in Upland. The process of acquiring dependable tenants is a task I dreaded. The Hawes tenant selection process is very comprehensive, credit, background checks, and any other necessary information. The office staff is a major reason I have been with the Hawes team for such a long time.

Each person 18-years and over who will live at the property must complete a separate application. 2. Original signed applications must be returned to our office, along with $43 cash/money order fee; this fee is not refundable. 3. Complete every line on the application; if something does not apply to you, indicate "n/a" or put a line through it.

Proof of monthly income (before tax) of at least 2 - 3 times the rent amount, depending on property. Maximum occupancy limit of 2 people for each bedroom (e.g., 2 bedroom = 4 people maximum, 1 bedroom = 2 people maximum).
