Questions
Where are Knobs.co's products made?
Our products come from U.S.-based custom brands like Rocky Mountain Hardware and overseas manufacturers like Top Knobs. We offer both premium handcrafted and affordable mass-produced options.
What's the difference between cabinet knobs and pulls?
Cabinet pulls have two screws with a gap for gripping, while knobs use a single screw. Pulls are often preferred for heavy drawers, and knobs for lighter cabinets.
Can I mix knobs and pulls in my kitchen?
Yes! Most designers recommend combining both for visual interest. Our collections include complementary styles to simplify mixing while maintaining cohesive design.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes. Buy samples upfront, then receive a 100% rebate when placing a qualifying order. No need to return unused samples.
How can I get design help?
Request a free one-on-one consultation with Kayla. She'll guide you through product selection based on your project's style, budget, and functional needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and offer financing options for large orders. Specific payment details are available during checkout.

The website posts pricing they have no intention of honoring. I searched for several days via google and the pricing for the hardware I wanted continued to appear in the shopping category at the same price for several days in a row. Once I decided on the hardware was what I wanted I ordered since I had never ordered from this company before I snapped a screenshot of the items and pricing and placed my order. 3 days later I received an email from Kayla Malo (Tail of the Lion Roaring support) informing me that my order was canceled because their system had a pricing glitch. Is this an ongoing problem

Website was not up to date therefore they were unable to fill my order. I was made aware by email and immediately called to cancel my order. Because now no longer was this able to work as planned. I explained this to the woman on the phone who gave me a smoke and mirror story. Continued to send out the rest of order now I'm told I'm responsible for sending back the product and a 25% restocking fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Terrible customer service
