I ordered a metal scissors gate from General Door for my business and am very pleased. Vanessa, Gene and all the employees were easy to deal with and always available when I had any questions. Their service was prompt and I was able to have my security gate made and installed in 2 weeks. I definitely recommend this business!

I am the administrator for a Childcare center and needed some repairs on our front access doors so I called General Door for a quote and they responded immediately and got back to me with a quote that was so incredibly reasonable. They worked with my schedule to do the repair and let me tell you, the technician, Gene that came out was AWESOME!! His work was quality and he was so respectful to our families that were coming in and out of the building while doing the repairs. I highly recommend General Door over any other company. My office front entrance double door was damaged due to the high wind a few days ago and I had to rush and find a company to repair it. I found them online and called the office right away. They responded timely and Gene came right away and gave me a quote. The quote was far less than what Vortex gave me. They came and repaired the door yesterday and it is now working very smoothly and function perfectly. They are very professional and don't charge you an arm and a leg for their quality service. I highly recommend them!

I have used General Door multiple times and there service and knowledge of doors is exceptional. Gene and Vanessa were very helpful in guiding our business through the proper steps in our door upgrades. The service technician Justin was the most helpfull and hardest worker i have seen in a long time. If you need anything or any information regarding doors,docks or gates they will be there 24 hours a day. I highly recommend there business to any one in southern California.
