I made an error when ordering and they picked up on it (inconsistent sizes). They contacted me to verify the same day and made the corrections for me. The letters arrived quickly and are of great quality. I will order from here again when I need supplies.

When I placed my order on line I chose the wrong size. I received a e-mail as well as a call to verify my choice. The correct size was listed on my previous order. Thank you for your excellent customer service. It saved having to ship the order back. We will order from them again.

We needed additional letters, and it had been a long time since we had ordered. The person that I talked with was very helpful answering questions that enabled me to be sure that I was ordering the right type. She even mailed me a sample to compare with our existing letters so that I could be sure. Once ordered, the letters were shipped promptly.

Fantastic company to work with and the customer service is outstanding. I made a fairly large purchase, guessing at what my school needed. I was wrong! They worked with me to get items returned and sent samples of what I should have ordered in the first place. Next time we need anything else, they will be the first choice!
