Deep Tissue Massage
This intensive therapy targets chronic muscle tension using sustained pressure on deeper muscle layers. It improves mobility and alleviates pain from repetitive strain injuries or postural imbalances. Clients benefit from reduced inflammation and accelerated recovery for daily activities.
Sports Massage
Performance-focused treatment enhances athletic capabilities through muscle recovery techniques and flexibility improvements. Designed for golfers, equestrians, and active individuals, it prevents injuries while optimizing physical conditioning for competitive and recreational activities.
Neuromuscular Massage
Precision therapy addresses specific pain patterns by releasing myofascial trigger points that cause referred pain. This evidence-based approach resolves chronic discomfort from conditions like headaches, neck pain, and TMJ disorders through targeted manual techniques.
Medical Massage
Clinically-oriented treatment addresses diagnosed medical conditions through customized protocols. This modality supports recovery from injuries, surgical rehabilitation, and management of chronic conditions like fibromyalgia or carpal tunnel syndrome with measurable outcomes.
Cupping Therapy
Ancient technique using controlled suction to decompress soft tissues and stimulate blood flow. It effectively reduces muscle stiffness, improves range of motion, and promotes healing for both acute injuries and chronic pain conditions through enhanced circulation.

I had a wonderful massage from Dana yesterday. My body was a mess when I went in and her hands worked wonders! She is a very knowledgable therapist and I highly recommend her. Can't wait to go back.

Very good massage. Pleasant in an old restored building. One of the best massages I've ever received, and I am a practicing massage therapist licensed in Hawaii. Kristin addressed all the things that I needed and she did it all in a one hour massage. The best.
