DONT MOVE HERE. I received the apartment with things broken, dirty, paint over the walls, mirrors,tubs, etc. i have more picture and videos. My apartment has been flooding in the bedroom, kitchen, living/dining room. No one cares to fix it, not even the emergency line. Not to mention the roaches/waterbug problem they have. They don’t care about you here!!! I have a 2year old having to live in these conditions!

It has only been 3 days and I am emotionally distraught. I was told that I could basically be homeless because I requested a discount because my apartment was not ready to move in on the move-in date. There was dust and construction supplies around when I got my keys. None of my cabinet doors are on, My stove is missing a burner and my locks are loose. I was told to pay the pro-rated rent even though my apartment was not ready to move in. The way this is going I could not see myself renewing or suggesting anybody else live here. Awful management experience.

Do.Not.Move.Here!! The renovations are terrible, NO one can explain why I have a light bill OVER 350.00 for a two bedroom and tons of hidden fees. So all together you will be paying OVER what is told to you before leasing. $1300 hundred estimate, not worth it AT ALL. Been here one year, will not give them another year. Worst experience, wish I could give zero stars

• Moved here in August. Staff is very friendly and quick to respond to any concerns or questions.
• WiFi is available thru AT&T, really easy to set up. It took us about 2-3 days to get the router in.
• Relatively quiet in the evening and night hours so you’ll get good rest.
• I enjoy the lake and the walking path along it. There are lights on exterior of buildings at night and along the path by the lake.
• Pet friendly as well which is very important to me as i have an ESA.

No matter what any of these other reviews say, Shadow lakes is the best! Through the covid pandemic they have been so kind patient and ready and willing to help and compromise with us through financial troubles. I highly recommend these beautiful lake side apartments. The whole shadow lake team always goes above and beyond my expectations. I thank them for all the kindness and support they've given my family the past year and a half.

I have lived here for just shy of 8 years. That is around 60 months that i have paid my rent. 60 times I have decided the prices were worth it.
Maintenance is quick. The manager Zaneta is awesome. I think that's her title, at least. Regardless, I recommend this place. Just tell themI sent you for a nice referral bonus that I will gladly split with you ;)
