The hot dog roller grill's heating system features two adjustable heating zones. Set one zone for grilling temperatures and the other to safe holding temperatures, for serving customers.

Unlike normal fog machines, which produce a burst or stream of smoke that dissipates upwards, low-lying fog is created by chilling the particles before they leave the machine. These units can run on dry ice and ice cubes - That's right, ice cubes out of your freezer! We recommend using dry ice for best results.
