Pico Rents, Inc. has been family owned and operated since 1925. Glenn Edwards, grandfather to the current owner William Edwards, Jr., originally founded the medical rental aspect of Pico Rents. In 1945, William Edwards, Sr., ventured into the party arena. In 1967, William Edwards, Jr. took over operations of the company.
