I was seen by my MD yesterday with a viral infection and sent over medication to be filled that day. Now we've arrived to the following day, after many calls to get status and urge them to fill because I get ill and they gave me a proposed time. I went in an hour after said time and still yet to be filled. Their excuse, because they hosted a "vaccine clinic." Apparently prevention is more pressing that treatment. Never going back!!

Bad customer service overall. I needed my medication filled for a viral infection BUT WASNT because they tended to their hosted clinic and basically told me that that was more important than filling my script. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Had to ask my MD to send to another pharmacy.
