The Cool Breeze ground employee will bag all gutter downspouts and/or cover plants on drip lines. The Cool Breeze service takes a low pressure rinse to ensure all dead mold and cleaning solution is completely removed at a safe low pressure. Cool Breeze does have the ability to complete many commercial services that have limited or no water at all.

Cool Breeze Premier Pressure Washing did an outstanding job pressure washing my entire house and shed. Beautiful work! My house and shed look like new! They were so careful with covering my glass front double doors with plastic so the frame finish would not be impacted by the spray. It came out perfect! What a great team, very nice and professional, and arrived exactly when they said they would. That is certainly refreshing. Will continue to use them in the future.

Mike and his team did a great job on my house, which hadn't been cleaned in years. Multi-level, multi-surface patio out back. Driveway and sidewalks stained black. Algae and mildew everywhere.
The main reason I went with Cool Breeze is Mike assured me that his method, which utilizes low pressure and solvents, would do no damage.
True to his word, and the place looks great!

I typically don't post reviews accept I feel Cool Breeze is one of those companies that deserve "kudos" for a job well done. Mike and his team came to our house yesterday and did a wonderful job cleaning our tile roof. From the beginning when we received a very reasonable quote via email to how well the job was done we were extremely pleased with the whole process. Even the manager of our HOA was the one that recommended them to us which I believe says a lot. I too, would not hesitate to recommend Cool Breeze.

Cool Breeze did an amazing job on our house! They pressure washed the driveway, the sidewalks, stones in the front and backyard even wood planks. Everything looks literally brand new! The difference is night and day. They were prompt, friendly, professional and very efficient. I would recommend them to anybody. They understand what good customer service is. They went above and beyond to explain everything that they were going to work on and even point out some areas that I did not know could be cleaned. That is so hard to find nowadays. We had numerous areas cleaned: tile roof, bird cage, driveway, sidewalks and pool deck. Mike did an outstanding job and exceeded our expectations. He's extremely thorough and really takes pride in his work. We've used a few other contractors in the past several years and felt the end results were just okay.
Now our tile roof looks brand new again and everything else sparkles. Cool Breeze did not provide the cheapest quote but they were still competitive with their peers. It was well worth a few extra dollars to have the excellent outcome and top-notch service.

What can I say about the job done at my house by Cool Breeze Premier Pressure Washing? WOW! Fantastic job! Excellent customer service! They are friendly, nice people who did a great job and have an eye for detail. I only had a small job by comparison to some I expect; just driveway, sidewalk, front walk and pool deck but that did not make a difference in how I was treated and the time spent doing the work. I was amazed at how some minor things they noticed were cleaned anyway even though not part of the job/quote provided. And the price was extremely reasonable. I would have paid more for the same

After calling the company and finally having his wife come out and check out our problem she was very nice. Quoted us a wonderful price and even offered to help with our pool drain. Stated they were so busy with a big job. (this company is just a husband and wife team) It would be a week before he could get to us. The day he was suppose to arrive he called to say he wasn't coming. The weather was turning bad. Of course by the time we got home from work the sun was out and it could have been done.
