So I'm a DIY person and went to do my first ever parts upgrade on my ryzen 7 gaming rig. Upgraded my GPU cooler and CPU cooler got everything done and reconnected and nothing. My heart fell, I didn't know what I did wrong watched so many videos and was sure I didn't mess anything up at this time it was 11:50am Sunday couldn't ask no one for help. Next morning had to go to work began researching everything I could on the symptoms on it could've been anything. Finally I began to look into shops and everyone I looked at just felt like I was going to run into problem with them I eve set up an appointment

Charles was extremely flexible and easy to work with. He was able to build my computer and installed windows 10 as well. We did have an issue as a part was miss interpreted as broken. Along with that, there was no cable management and the power supply was installed upside down. An easy fix and overall a great job!
