In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Leonard Fralin, Jr.; brother, James A. McCauley and. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Bonnie Fitzgerald.

Joey A. "Joe" Charlton, is an owner and the President of the company. He has over 20 years experience in funeral service. He was born in Harrisonburg, raised in Waynesboro, where he was a 1983 graduate of Waynesboro High School. He attended various colleges pursuing studies in Psychology and was graduated with honors from Gupton Jones College of Mortuary Science in Atlanta, GA.
