Our comprehensive roof inspections identify potential issues before they become major problems. Using advanced diagnostic tools like infrared imaging and moisture detection systems, we provide detailed reports with repair recommendations and maintenance schedules. Our certified technicians inspect all roofing components including flashings, drainage systems, and structural integrity to ensure long-term performance.
Roof Replacement
We specialize in complete roof replacement for residential and commercial properties. Our team installs various roofing systems including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and commercial membrane systems. Each project includes proper ventilation installation, decking repairs, and premium material selection to ensure durability and energy efficiency while maintaining building code compliance.
Repairs/Maintenance
Our emergency repair services address leaks, storm damage, and structural issues promptly. We offer scheduled maintenance programs that include gutter cleaning, flashing repairs, and coating applications to extend roof lifespan. Our technicians use manufacturer-approved materials and safety-compliant methods for all repair and maintenance tasks.
Gutter Installation
We install and replace residential and commercial gutter systems using durable materials like aluminum, copper, and steel. Our seamless gutter installations prevent leaks while proper pitch calculations ensure efficient water drainage. We offer customization options for downspout placement and color matching to complement building aesthetics.
Roof Coatings
Our protective roof coatings extend the life of existing roofing systems by creating waterproof barriers against weather damage. We apply liquid-applied membranes that reflect UV rays and reduce energy costs. This cost-effective solution is ideal for flat roofs and commercial buildings seeking to avoid full replacements while maintaining watertight protection.

You will not find a more honest and dependable company to work on anything to do with roofing. He has a crew but is always onsite to ensure everything goes smooth. He will follow up to make sure the work he did is complete and will fix anything that he finds. He will also include you on things he may see even if its not in his scope to repair, so that you can get it fixed. I called him and he was out the next day for an estimate and started repairs within a day of me signing the agreement. Awesome company - and Kelly is the real deal!

Design Roof Services won my business through prompt bidding and communication. Available to answer questions throughout. Started the job when Kelly said they would and didn't delay finishing except minor details out of their control (to be fair well within the contract timeframe). I went out to bid and there were a few companies local that didn't even respond. DRS did. Prices reasonable. The roof looks amazing.
