For the last 4 years I have been a volunteer with different aspects of the Warsaw Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a Pastor, as a Volunteer I have seen the highs and lows. Mostly highs! In our time over the last few years it is impossible to have full staff. Yet this facility works out the kinks. I have seen management working around the clock when the shortage was there due to COVID. I have seen Staff go out of their way just to bring comfort to a resident. Our Family is proud to serve your family if you chose so. It is an honor to serve this community, I have never seen a perfect family in

Honestly I find myself at a very stressful time here I just dont know if things will get any better here with everything going wrong and this place never seeming to have enough staff to deal with everything Im just finding myself more stressed out than anything else

I had the opportunity to tour Warsaw Health & Rehab on a few different occasions, and I really liked what I saw. The facility was among the cleanest I've seen, and the staff were personable, warm and professional at the same time. One of my favorite aspects of the place was its integration into the community of Warsaw. The town embraces the campus and the residents as if they were family. One of my best memories of the last few years was seeing Warsaw H&R on Halloween night. Virtually every family in town brought their children, wending their way through the hallways and mixing with the residents

I have nothing but good reviews for this facility. I was very nervous about putting my love one into a nursing home because Ive heard all the horror stories but this place and the staff put my mind to ease. My mother absolutely loves visiting with everybody from all of her friends to the staff to all the visitors. And the staff refers to her as grandma which does brightens her day. I would recommend this place to anyone. I would like to thank all the staff there for taking excellent care of my loved one puts my heart at ease And I cant say thank you enough.

This facility is full of great employees and is very clean. The facility is well managed and the residents always seem to be happy! A great place for you family to live when they cannot remain home any longer!
