My father passed away about 10 days ago and had a contract with Dial and Dudley. My mother and I have been working with them. What a mess.... The funeral was two days ago and they STILL have not produced remains for him and our family. We asked that he would be cremated. We have tried repeatedly to get information from them the last few days and they will not return phone calls. They change their story on where he is this past week, very frustrating. This is leading to possible criminal charges obviously. BEWARE ---- you need to know... thanks.

This isn't our first funeral by any means at Dial and Dudley, but this was by far the most difficult situation. So many things occurred. But Dial and Dudley are amazing and they saved the day. From the bottom of my heart... I thank you all for what you do.

Losing our papaw was extremely difficult to deal with. My grandparents had everything prearranged at dial and dudley funeral home, which made everything easier to handle when he passed. The last thing you want to think about is picking out coffins, arrangements, etc. when someone you love dearly just passes.

Mr Dial and his team really helped us as we went through a very difficult moment of loss. From our initial consultation to the day of the memorial, they made hard logistics a little easier and tried at every turn to alleviate the financial burden by not over-charging, not trying to sell us things our loved one didn't need and not tagging on added fees. In a world where much of the death industry is dominated by huge corporate concerns, working with this kind family business was a relief. Thank you!!
