Critical:Responsiveness
I requested an estimate for a project about 20 days ago. Someone came out, reviewed the property and work to be done and told me that he may come back out one more time before giving me an official estimate. It's pretty obvious I've been ghosted. I will find another company that actually responds to customer requests.

A great landscaping team especially if you tend to be a little OCD on details! They met with me twice to discuss what we wanted to do around the property. They patiently went through the house with me so I could explain what I wanted to see from inside the house while looking out of my windows. The pruning and clean up was impressive - somehow they translated what I wanted into the end result. Highly recommend working with them!
