All technical support questions must have Installation or Troubleshooting Notes submitted. This assists our technicians in providing the best technical support experience.
Warranty Management & Registration

ZEFTRONICS warranties that each unit at the time of delivery to a buyer, is free from defects in workmanship and materials when used in a manner that is generally recognized by the industry as good aviation practice.
The warranty, obligations, and liabilities of the seller are exclusive and the buyer hereby waives all other warranties, expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise (including, without limitation, the implied warranty or merchantability, and implied warranty arising from course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade, any implied warranty of fitness, and any obligation of seller with respect to incidental or consequential damages), and shall not be extended, altered or varied except by a written instrument signed by seller and buyer.

Design Services

While we provide installation assistance for standard installation of products, there is a charge per one hour for additional system engineering assistance. The minimum support fee is for one hour. A customer who purchases a one-hour block of time for system design engineering assistance must use it within two consecutive business weeks or 10 consecutive business days from date of purchase.
