Nice and mostly quiet neighborhood. Trails start right outside apartment! Office staff and maintenance respond quickly to questions or issues.

Been living here for 3 months now and absolutely love it. Everyone is very friendly and the staff are top notch. Any issues we've had they are on top of it, albeit they have been small issues (burned out bulbs, squeaky door hinge). The location is great! We love living here!

My wife and I moved in here about 2 months ago! We have the kindest neighbors and the management team is SO awesome! The whole leasing process was easy for us and they helped us thru all questions that we had! Would highly recommend this apartment to a friend. While the rent is high for what you get, thats kinda how it is everywhere in Flagstaff haha

We are fairly new tenants here at Ponderosa Park Apartments and couldn't be happier. Cheryl, the apartment manager, is very helpful with whatever we need and always has a smile on her face. Kip, the maintenance guy, is very responsive to any service requests and has been amazing with the snow removal during the latest snow storm (and all snowfalls). He always makes sure salt is on the ground and steps, so no one slips on ice. Thank you both for making our home comfortable.

During the pandemic, their staff disappeared. While staff claim "there's nothing that can't be done via phone or email", they don't pick up the phone or reply to messages. Now my lease is up, the rent is paid in full, and I am being charged an extra month for "insufficient notice," after trying to get a hold of them for a month--and by the way, my notice is still 30 days in advance. Whether the staff is doing this out of negligence or malice, I don't know. All I know is that the property receives federally backed loans and is bounded by the CARES act not to go after people for penalties and fees
