I took my MacBook Air in because I could not remember the computer password and was locked out. After two days of spending countless hours on the phone with Apple support with no results, they made an appointment for me with Tate Computer Systems, Inc. Alexander greeted me when I came it. He was so helpful. Eric got to work on the laptop and told me that he had to take it back to factory settings and erase all of the data to fix it. I gave him the ok and went back in an hour and he was finished. Driving home, I was so distressed about losing my pictures. When I got home, I set it up and went to

Paid over $400 for a new storage disk for my Mac, and not only did it turned out to not be an Apple disk but it was also faulty and broke in under a year. Now my laptop restarts out of the blue and I have to drop another $400 to get it fixed. Just go to an Apple store.

Nate computer repair is a very professional and friendly place. My iPhone was not charging and they did a quick cleanup of the port I am as good as new. In and out in less than 5 minutes with no charge. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Tates after my iPhone screen got cracked and had issues with my screen. I definitely love that theyre a Black Owned Business and they have very professional, genuine people. Would definitely come back for any other issues.

I took my iPhone 7 here for a battery replacement. After promising it back by close of business the day I dropped it off they told me the tech did not get to it and it would be ready by end of the second day. At end of the second day they told me they didnt have the part yet. I picked it up in-repaired after 2 days and took it to UBreakIFix. They completed the battery replacement in less than 3 hours and kept me updated with email status reports. I will never re-visit Tate Computer Systems, Inc.
