I recently purchased a new iPad and wanted to be certain that all of my info was transferred to the new device.as my tech skills are somewhat limited. Vince was FANTASTIC! Very professional & patient. He worked with me to be sure that my devices were synced and nothing data was lost. And he explained everything he was doing in laymans terms for me to follow. I called with a challenging Microsoft update glitch and Heather listened attentively to my situation. I brought my computer in and Vince took care of me from there, he was totally professional to deal with. They resolved the problem in a timely manner and provided additional options for added protection going forward. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Vince was fantastic! My problem was probably considered simple but I was treated like i was the most important customer. I ended up buying a newer system from him. He explained Everything every step of the way so that I not only understood what happened to my computer but gave me some choices with great explanations for them. Would HIGHLY recommend this company.

I am so glad PC Works was recommended to me. As a senior citizen with poor computer understanding, I was desperate when I "lost" four years of accounting records. I felt so vulnerable but Vince treated me with such kindness, compassion and warmth. He and Jonah solved my problem promptly and went way beyond what anyone could ever expect in their cleanup of my messes, and in record time. I can recommend this company without hesitation.
