I was excited to find a land site& build a home &work with Schaeffer Homes to be closer to my family. After few email exchanges and a phone call w/ Krista, who was initially helpful.She sent an intro email to the Finance person Marie, and
though I called and left a vm for Marie, I never got a call back, nor any response to the email. A Saturday session was scheduled with Ashley Fortunato on Zoom for a quick overview. All that I got was a couple emails with a list
of signature prices vs legacy prices. What was included in the Legacy pricing was never indicated. I had several questions about
