Eden Springs offers short term rehab following a surgery or illness. We accept Medicare, Capital Health Plan, United Healthcare and WellCare. We will also accept Humana, Aetna and Blue Cross & Blue Shield if out of network benefits are available. If you or your loved one is hospitalized, let your discharge planner know you would like a referral sent to our facility for review.
