Our Kenpo Karate is a highly effective Mixed Martial Art (MMA) combining American Kenpo Karate with elements of grappling and ground fighting into a formidable self defense system. This system was developed by Senior Grand Master Mr Ed Parker and Mr Mr Jeff Speakman in response to the changing style of street fighting.

We teach more than just punching and kicking - We are a premier character and leadership development program. Our safe, fun and exciting classes help focus a student's attention, thus improving ability to learn. Learning builds a sense of accomplishment. Accomplishment boosts self confidence and confidence is the first step in the empowerment of physical and mental abilities.

During our Little Dragons program, we don't train martial arts, we "play" martial arts. It is our goal to teach kids the various physical and mental skills that will prepare them for more intense training when they are older, as well as develop positive habits to take with them out of the dojo. We make sure the activities the kids are doing are martial arts related and develop skills that will translate effectively as they get older.
