This roof was leaking like crazy! It was over a living room and the homeowner wanted it done right. We removed the entire roofing system including the insulation. We then installed Grace Ice and water over the insulation for double protection. New.60 EPDM flat rubber roof membrane was installed with the proper seam tape, cover tapes and etc.

Competitive pricing - I compared Romulo's estimates with several other. Not all roofing companies do gutters. He was the only one to explain me that since I want soffit, fascia and trim to be replaced, he will install soffit vents, so he can remove existing vent pipes. Proper ventilation will occur because of the new ridge vents and soffit vents.
