Kids Martial Arts

Our kids martial arts programs are for children ages 5 and up. These classes are offered multiple times per week and customized based on age, size, and skill level. Classes are currently split in to two age groups and two disciplines. Age groups and disciplines will be added once our current classes become too large to effectively progress in.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a self defense system that was developed in Brazil during the early 1900s from traditional Japanese Jiu Jitsu and Judo. The movements in BJJ rely on leverage, pressure, balance, and technique rather than strength and agility. These concepts allow a smaller skilled individual to defend themselves against larger opponent.
