Their service department was AWESOME!! Great attitude and very professional! The mechanics very knowledgeable and helpful as well. I would highly recommend them to do work on your car. They always keep you updated on your progress on car when you are waiting for your car as well. GREAT JOB MILNES FORD SERVICE TEAM!!!!!

Much better than a couple of months ago. They are listening. They are still short staff like everybody else but I felt more appreciated than last time. I had made an appointment they where ready for me. Got me in and out.

Update - Ended up calling because it was so poorly done, staff was friendly and understanding and asked me to bring it back in. Brought it back in and would you believe most of the things that weren't done or done poorly are still not done? Like not even touched. Would not recommend Milnes for detailing, horrible. I guess this is one of those "You get what you paid for" moments. Milnes is offering a detailing special, but there's really nothing special about it. When inspecting my vehicle I noticed my license plate, that was previously in perfect condition, no longer had most of the blue on it
