Please never rent with them if you are on short notice. Or even at all- I tried renting with them but only got rude service and no response. I had a last minute booking for an Art Basel private event and when I called Everytime Id get a text that said on a call, text me and when I texted I received no response the first time. I tried again and they asked for my info and email but received no email. Completely unprofessional and disappointing considering all the positive reviews.

Laz and his team are altruistic. They cater to your event like it's their own. Professional, clean, and one stop shop. The only production company i know that has great customer service to go along with their product.

I do not do reviews, not for any reason other than the fact that I am always busy doing a million things as a small business owner. That being said, I could not do that disservice to Laz and his Mastersound Pro team!!!! First and foremost the energy and attitude was beyond superb and professional, we all had a blast setting up the concert sound!!! I had a showcase at a 44 acre waterfront property in Cutler Bay and the sound was soooo full and incredible, the team worked seamlessly with my artists and other vendors to bring the audience one insane show!!!! These guys are the real deal from A
