They have remodeled the apartments and they are nice. There is a waiting list to get in there though.

I have a very beautiful one bedroom that I moved into it is now called the Preserve of Whatcoat after rebuilding.

The apartments are built nice..but they are turning into how they were back in the day..as soon as you come into the building smells like weed 24/7..its dirty too as you walk in..food and trash..sitting on the floor of the building...and the building smells ..probably from the fact that they never clean it... the laundry room never gets cleaned ..you can hear everything from people who live next to you and over you...

This apartment complex has come a very long way in several years. It has been remodeled and it looks fantastic. I am not sure about the rental fees but it not far from Delaware Technical & Community College and Scarborough Road.
